“Ever since I signed up for the first in-person Restorative Yoga class with Joelle in March of 2022,  Yoga Therapeutics and all the healing modalities offered at Fulbeing have been helping me stay grounded and strong.  Whether I had to deal with injuries, seasonal depression or grief, this community’s offerings have supported me through and through so that I could ultimately emerge every time just a little bit stronger.  The Therapeutics classes, the semiprivate Yoga Wall classes, Sam’s PT, the workshops offered whether it’s the Chakras, Wall for Strength and Mobility, the Energy Healing or Warrior Archetype, Massage Therapy and Community Acupuncture - all built on the specific needs of the individual - have changed my awareness, how I look at life, how I can use the various Asanas to relax and find a deeper connection and  how I can use the breath to accomplish that.  Deepen my relationship to all that surrounds me.  Fulbeing is a community where integrative therapies serve the individual’s needs in small class settings.  It is a place where I can grow and attain all that characterizes a Peaceful Warrior.”
