Cancer treatment is complex, and patients are dealing with the effects of the illness, the side effects of the treatment, as well as the emotional, physical, and psychological toll of living alongside this disease. Yoga is a powerful tool for working with the symptoms that come with treatment, for giving our system necessary support to sustain through treatment, and for the important work of processing the experiences and feelings that cancer patients go through. Our sessions will include gentle movement, focused breathing, as well as meditation and visualization, tools which clients will be able to call on throughout their cancer journeys. There will also be time for discussion and open sharing with community. We at Fulbeing wish to meet you exactly where you are, and give you all the support these practices can offer.
