Students will be encouraged to reflect on what they’re ready to release—whether it’s
self-doubt, old habits, or physical tension—and be guided through a wall practice that promotes surrender and renewal from a place of strength and stability towards
expansion. The peak pose being worked with for this series is Dancer’s Pose
(Natarajasana): A graceful pose that embodies the duality of strength and surrender,
effort, ease and expansion from the roots of the feet .

This three-session program focuses on personal safety through a focused, centered approach to movement and mindset. We begin by refining your environmental awareness, teaching you how to maintain your center while identifying potential conflicts before they escalate. Conditioning drills will help you stay grounded and focused, ensuring your body is ready to respond with steady energy rather than panic.
The sessions emphasize efficient movement to de-escalate or escape physical encounters. Instead of relying on force only, you will learn how to use balance, simple redirects, and precise strikes to create an immediate opening to move away safely. By the end of the course, you’ll have a practical foundation of confidence and basic skills to build upon.
