Attending a series course provides you with a progressive learning curriculum that is tailored specifically to the needs of the people enrolled. Personalized attention and your own spot at the Wall will help you find the best practice to serve your unique body and being.

Join Dani in this series to learn different pranayama practices and wall poses to cleanse and energize the body. We will focus on the mechanics of the respiratory process and on how to guide the breath to create a deep understanding on the nuances of using the breath in different ways to support the balance to be within it. Expect to learn classic Pranayama techniques like Kapalabhati (Skull-Shining Breath) that can invigorate and refresh as well as down shift and surrender like Chandra Bhedana.

Yoga Wall + MFR for Spine Health

It seems like most adults we know have experienced back or neck pain at some point in their lives. Yoga is uniquely able to not only help us address the cause of pain, but to also affect our nervous system in a way that can make pain more manageable. Even if you aren’t experiencing pain at the moment, it is good to have tools to help prevent a potential future injury while addressing the normal typical changes of the spine that happen with aging.
In this semi-private course we will use the Yoga Wall along with Myofascial Release to help us maintain a healthy spine and seek to find an individualized approach to Yoga practice for folks working with different spinal conditions such as degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, overall arthritic changes, and more. The course will be specifically geared toward the needs of those who enroll and will include strength and mobility work, spinal traction, self MFR tools, and breathing techniques for stress management. Give your spine some love!
