Community Acupuncture

w/Rae Jemmott, ND, LMT, LAc

Community Acupuncture is a 30-45 minute treatment done in a shared space. In this group setting you will rest comfortably in a reclining chair. These sessions focus on relaxation and the regulation of the immune and nervous systems.

Why Choose Community Acupuncture?

Acupuncture works, sometimes magically. Community acupuncture aims to be an accessible, affordable option for those who need repeat care or more frequent treatments. This can be true with many conditions, such as depression, chronic pain, and neuropathy. It can also be invaluable when consistent, supportive care is needed during a journey like pregnancy, cancer treatment, and alcohol or drug recovery.

Most importantly, community acupuncture provides a familiar space where the focus is on healing people. Real healing doesn’t happen in isolation, it is a movement shared amongst people, amongst a caring community.
