A note about our class setting:
Each of our weekly classes has a therapeutic framework. Meaning, most of the time our instructors curate the content taught in the class to meet the needs of the students signed up, within a certain theme or intention. While registration is not mandatory, it is recommended. If it is your first time with us, we recommend reaching out (email contact@fulbeingcollective.com) to let us know you're new to class and which one you'd like to attend. That way we can get to know you! All are welcome!
***Please Note***
Downloading the FulBeing application (different than the MindBody app, but same login information) will allow for much easier navigation when scheduling private appointments, classes, workshops, and course series. You can do that HERE.

Restore Motion with MFR w/ Joelle
Wednesdays 11:00 am-12:15 pm
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle self-treatment technique designed to hydrate and release tension in our connective tissue. When our fascia feels stiff and bound, we may find ourselves feeling restricted in moving our joints in certain ways or performing various functions in our daily lives. This class is designed with joint health in mind through releasing the tension that sometimes gets in the way of us moving through life with ease. This work also affects our nervous system to allow us to feel a sense of calm connection between brain, breath, and body. Great for folks with osteoarthritis, and other bone/joint/spine conditions where mobility is challenged.
-
Yoga Therapeutics : Functional Movement w/ Dani
Thursdays 10:00-11:15 am
Garage Studio

In a supportive setting, we will explore functional movement, strength, and flexibility using props such as chairs, the wall, blocks, belts, weights, and the barre. Through Svadhyaya, or self-study, students will deepen their understanding of movement and experience the benefits of a balanced, holistic practice. This class is ideal for anyone who wants to move with greater awareness, confidence, and support.

Myofascial Release + Yoga w/ Joelle
Sundays 9:30-11:00 am
Myofascial release (MFR) can help soothe sore and stiff areas, enhance breathing, and calm the nervous system. Yoga and MFR combine together as we work along the different Myofascial lines in the body and how those relate to Asanas (postures) and their energetic functions in space. Through using massage balls, foam rollers, and more, we will practice self-treatment techniques to hydrate, release, and build resiliency in our tissues along with simple movements and Yoga asanas to enhance the effects of the work.
